Under typical market conditions, this fund primarily allocates its capital to equity investments. A substantial portion, specifically at least four-fifths of its total holdings, is ordinarily committed to shares issued by mid-sized companies operating within the United States. However, the sub-adviser maintains the flexibility to also acquire equities of micro-cap, small-cap, or large-cap businesses if such opportunities are perceived to offer promising potential for capital growth. The fund's portfolio may comprise common and preferred stocks, as well as securities traded over-the-counter.
