Janus Henderson Multi-Sector Income Fund 

The fund aims to achieve its investment objective by generally allocating capital to a diversified portfolio of U.S. and international debt instruments across various sectors and maturity ranges, specifically targeting those deemed by the portfolio managers to offer significant income potential. While the fund's exposure to below investment grade securities is normally restricted to a maximum of 65% of its net assets, this ceiling may be temporarily exceeded under extraordinary conditions, such as when new bond offerings are more prevalent than anticipated.
