Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of this fund's holdings will be invested in the stock of small and mid-sized companies. The fund defines 'holdings' as its net assets combined with any amounts borrowed for investment purposes. Small- to mid-cap companies are generally considered to be those with market capitalizations comparable to businesses listed within the Russell 2500® Index at the point of acquisition.
