The Lazard International Equity Select fund predominantly allocates its capital to the common stock of substantial, non-U.S. corporations. These firms generally fall within the market capitalization range represented by constituents of the MSCI All Country World Index ex-US. The Investment Manager strategically seeks out these international companies when they are deemed undervalued, assessing their worth based on indicators such as earnings, cash flow, or the value of their assets. Under typical market conditions, the portfolio is committed to investing at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities.
