Nationwide Renaissance Small Cap Growth Fund Institutional Service Class 

The Nationwide WCM Focused Small Cap Fund primarily aims to invest in shares of smaller U.S. companies. Its subadviser selects these businesses based on their perceived potential for accelerating earnings growth and appealing valuations. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets will be dedicated to equities of small-capitalization firms, specifically those whose market value aligns with the range of companies found in the Russell 2000® Index. Additionally, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to international securities.
