Northern Small Cap Value Fund 

The fund will commit a minimum of 80% of its total assets to investing in the shares of smaller companies. These smaller companies are defined by having a market value, at the point of investment, that falls within the typical range of companies included in the Russell 2000® Value Index. A key characteristic of many of these businesses is their practice of reinvesting their profits back into the company to support present and future expansion, meaning they generally distribute few or no dividends to shareholders.
