Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund Class I 

This fund aims to provide a high level of ongoing income, with capital growth considered a secondary objective. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's combined net assets and borrowed capital designated for investment will be allocated to floating rate securities. These variable-rate investments include floating rate loans, other debt instruments with adjustable interest rates (such as corporate and U.S. government securities), money market securities, and shares of money market and short-term bond funds.
