To meet its investment objectives, the fund primarily allocates a minimum of 80% of its total capital to a diverse range of mortgage-related holdings. These investments include, but are not limited to, both government-backed (Agency) and privately issued mortgage-backed securities (MBS) across residential and commercial properties. Additionally, the portfolio incorporates Fixed Income Instruments, which may be held in various forms, such as forward contracts or other derivative instruments like options, futures, and swap agreements.
