PGIM High Yield Fund- Class Z 

The fund typically commits at least 80% of its capital available for investment to a varied collection of high-yield, fixed-income securities. These securities are generally rated Ba or lower by Moody's Investors Service, or BB or lower by S&P Global Ratings. Alternatively, they may carry a comparable rating from another nationally recognized statistical rating organization, or be assessed as possessing equivalent quality, commonly referred to as junk bonds.
