Typically, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets to stock investments in top-tier companies based outside the United States. A significant portion, specifically at least 65%, of these holdings will be in small-capitalization firms, defined as those with market valuations not exceeding $5 billion at the time of acquisition. Furthermore, under standard market conditions, at least 65% of the fund's net assets are allocated to international equity securities from companies headquartered in no fewer than three different nations.
