Rydex Real Estate Fund Class H 

Under typical market conditions, this fund dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to equities of U.S.-traded real estate companies. It also strategically uses derivatives, primarily consisting of futures contracts and options tied to individual securities, other futures, and stock market indices. A notable portion of its investments may target real estate firms with small to medium market capitalizations. Additionally, the fund can gain exposure to international real estate through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and may also invest in U.S. government debt instruments.
