This investment vehicle is designed to commit a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment, to holdings that mirror its underlying index. This strategy involves either direct investments in the constituent companies of that index or the use of derivatives and other financial mechanisms structured to replicate its performance. The benchmark for this fund is the Dow Jones Industrial Average®, a widely recognized, price-weighted index composed of 30 leading "blue chip" U.S. enterprises. It is important to note that this fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
