This investment vehicle functions as a "fund of funds," meaning it primarily allocates its capital to other investment portfolios rather than investing directly in individual securities. It predominantly invests in Class W shares of other funds within the same Trust, with the flexibility to also include other investment pools or products. A fundamental policy dictates that a minimum of 80% of its total assets (encompassing both net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes) must be channeled into underlying funds whose objective is to replicate the returns of specific market indices. As of now, the advisors expect to commit approximately 93% of the fund's capital to underlying equity-focused funds, while the remaining 7% is earmarked for underlying fixed-income investments.
