Under typical operating conditions, the Thrivent Diversified Income Plus S fund strategically deploys its capital, primarily investing a substantial portion—between 60% and 95%—into various debt instruments. The remainder of its portfolio, accounting for 5% to 40% of its assets, is allocated to equity holdings. These equity investments are broad in scope, potentially including direct ownership stakes via common stock, preferred shares, and securities convertible into common stock. Furthermore, the fund may also utilize financial instruments whose performance or value is directly tied to that of common stock.
