This fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its capital to common stocks issued by U.S. companies. Sands Capital Management, LLC, its sub-adviser, selects these businesses based on their perceived potential for exceptional revenue or earnings growth. The strategy heavily favors large-capitalization growth enterprises. Typically, the weighted-average market capitalization of these holdings is above $25 billion, and the fund generally avoids companies with a market capitalization below $2 billion. The portfolio is concentrated, usually comprising between 25 and 35 individual companies, and is characterized as non-diversified.
