This fund typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to common shares issued by companies recognized as large-capitalization enterprises, which are defined by the market capitalization criteria and constituent makeup of the Russell 1000® Index. Additionally, the portfolio has the flexibility to invest a segment of its holdings in equity instruments of non-U.S. companies that are available for trading within the United States, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
