Typically, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its holdings to common stocks of companies. These companies, when initially acquired, must possess market capitalizations equivalent to those found within the Russell MidCap® Value Index. Additionally, the fund retains the flexibility to commit some capital to shares of international companies that are listed on U.S. exchanges, specifically including instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
