VOC Energy Trust 

VOC Energy Trust's core business involves securing and holding a finite-term interest in the net profits generated from the production and sale of oil and natural gas properties located in Kansas and Texas. This interest specifically grants the trust an 80% share of the net proceeds from these underlying energy assets. As of December 31, 2021, its underlying properties comprised 452.5 net producing wells and 51,147.2 net acres. On the same date, its proved reserves included approximately 2.9 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBoe) attributable to its Kansas holdings and roughly 5.4 MMBoe attributable to its Texas holdings. VOC Energy Trust was founded in 2010 and operates out of Houston, Texas.
