Vantage Drilling Company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, was established in 2007. The company and its subsidiaries specialize in providing offshore contract drilling services globally, including within the United States. These services encompass supplying advanced drilling units, associated equipment, and skilled work crews to execute the drilling of oil and natural gas wells under contract. Furthermore, Vantage extends its expertise to include construction supervision and operations management for drilling assets owned by other entities. As of March 6, 2015, the firm operated a fleet of seven drilling units, which consisted of three ultra-deepwater drillships and four ultra-premium jackup rigs.
