Edison Lithium 

Edison Lithium Corp., a junior mining exploration company, engages in the procurement, exploration, and development of mineral properties in North and South America. The company primarily explores for cobalt, lithium, and other energy metals. It holds a 100% interest in the Kittson Cobalt Project comprising 216 unpatented mining claims covering a total area of approximately 4,440 hectares in northeast Ontario, Canada. It also holds an option to acquire interest in the Lithium Brine claims covering an area of 148,000 hectares located in the province of Catamarca, Argentina. The company was formerly known as Edison Battery Metals Corp. and changed its name to Edison Lithium Corp. in November 2021. Edison Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
