Furthermore, Edison Lithium holds an option to secure rights to substantial lithium brine claims, extending over 148,000 hectares in Argentina's Catamarca province. Founded in 2009 and based in Vancouver, Canada, the company underwent a name change in November 2021, having previously been known as Edison Battery Metals Corp.
