Invesco Value Opportunities Fund Class R 

The Invesco Value Opportunities R fund primarily allocates its capital to a mix of common stocks, preferred stocks, and convertible securities. While the fund has the flexibility to invest in companies of any market capitalization, its core strategy under typical market conditions involves directing a significant portion of its holdings towards mid-capitalization issuers. Additionally, the portfolio is permitted to commit up to 10% of its total net assets to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). It also has the latitude to invest as much as 25% of its net assets in international companies, which may encompass those located in developing economies.
