The fund primarily allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (a figure that encompasses any funds borrowed for investment purposes) to common stocks and instruments convertible into common stock. Its investments are concentrated in a portfolio of established companies. These are typically defined as firms with a market capitalization of at least $1 billion and an operational history spanning a minimum of three years. Furthermore, the fund retains the flexibility to commit up to 25% of its total assets to foreign equity securities, including European Depositary Receipts (EDRs) and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
