Wasatch Core Growth Fund Institutional Class Shares 

This fund primarily seeks investment opportunities in smaller, rapidly developing companies that are available at attractive valuations. It maintains the option to allocate up to 20% of its total assets to the equity securities (typically common stock) of companies based internationally. For the purpose of this fund, 'international companies' are specifically those incorporated outside the United States and whose shares are principally traded on non-U.S. exchanges. It's important to note, however, that securities issued by companies incorporated in other countries but primarily listed and traded within the United States are not classified as foreign under this definition and are therefore exempt from the 20% limitation.
