M3 Metals Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in North America. It holds the right to an 80% interest in the Great Texas Spring property consisting of 253 mining claims for a lithium project in the Elko County region of Nevada. The Company also has an option to acquire 80% interest in the Lakshmi Property located in California. The company was formerly known as ML Gold Corp. and changed its name to M3 Metals Corp. in July 2019. M3 Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in West Vancouver, Canada.
