Xtrackers USD Corporate Green Bond UCITS 1D - GBP Hedged 

This ETF aims to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI USD Corporate and Agency Green Bond Index. This benchmark is composed of investment-grade green bonds, issued in US dollars by both domestic and international corporations and agencies. To be included, each bond must have a minimum of USD 300 million outstanding, and no single issuer's weight in the index will exceed 5%. Eligible green bonds must adhere to specific criteria covering the explicit use of proceeds for environmental projects, a rigorous process for project selection and evaluation, careful management of the capital raised, and transparent reporting on the environmental performance derived from those proceeds. Furthermore, the index employs stringent ESG screening, excluding issuers involved in the production of controversial, civilian, or nuclear weapons, or tobacco. Companies with an MSCI ESG Rating of 'CCC' or that are unrated are also excluded. Other exclusions apply to entities exceeding specified revenue thresholds from thermal coal, oil sands extraction, civilian firearms, or tobacco, as well as any issuer receiving a "Red" MSCI ESG Impact Monitor score below 1.
