Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a Canadian enterprise primarily engaged in identifying and advancing mineral deposits. The company fully owns the extensive Yellowknife City gold project, which comprises the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt, and Quyta-Bell properties, all situated in the Northwest Territories. This project is part of a broader land portfolio in the Northwest Territories, spanning 800 square kilometers, where Gold Terra holds various claims and property stakes. Additionally, the company entirely owns the Mulligan property located in New Brunswick and holds interests in the Aurora 1 and 2 claims near Yellowknife. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company changed its name from TerraX Minerals Inc. to Gold Terra Resource Corp. in February 2020.
