Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (Yuexiu REIT), which made its debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on December 21, 2005, holds the unique distinction of being the world's first publicly traded REIT solely dedicated to investments in properties within the People's Republic of China (PRC). The trust's investment strategy primarily targets commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and other business-oriented assets. A key characteristic of these assets is their strategic location within the Central Business Districts (CBDs) of Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Hangzhou. The portfolio encompasses a diverse range of property types, from professional clothing markets and Grade-A offices to multi-functional commercial spaces, retail establishments, hotels, and serviced apartments.
