In addition, it holds an option to acquire 50% interests in the Ottawa River project located in Ontario. The company was formerly known as Secova Metals Corp. and changed its name to ESGold Corp. in July 2022. ESGold Corp. was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
