This fund commits at least 80% of its total assets to equity holdings in companies boasting significant market capitalization. It functions as a feeder fund, directing nearly all its capital into the C&B Large Cap Value Portfolio, which is a master fund with an almost identical investment objective and comparable strategic methodologies. The primary investment targets are large-cap equities, identified as companies possessing market capitalizations within the scope of the Russell 1000® Index at the point of investment.
