This extensive collection comprises 166 properties under full ownership and an additional 29 unconsolidated properties, collectively spanning an estimated 30.4 million square feet across 44 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. The company was established in July 2015, following the acquisition of a valuable retail property collection from Sears Holdings, with the core purpose of realizing the inherent real estate worth of these assets.
