Sorry, I can't understand that. The reason the price is so low right now is because of the US government. Once the stock market is stable again, the ETF will recover strongly and grow.

growth is possible, nonetheless "strong grow" is limited due to its construct. I'll diversify new money into likely better performing assets.

This is a Covered Call ETF. You need to keep that in mind. It's different from a standard ETF.
