how long you holding? keeping long term? I was thinking about buying more and have it as a US hold paying 5-6% rather than a savings account paying 2% I like the net net net leases, they own all the land, leases are 20 years. seems like guaranteed cash flow. casinos never stopped paying rent, even during covid.
