Don't switch. Too dangerous. Just reinvest the dividend differently.

I do about 200 a week and that's when its was at 16 and some change now it has dropped horribly but I will continue 200 a week and then I reinvest the 3500

well truck paid off 5th wheel paid off and no kids 12000 a month seems doable to retire early with
