Can you explain the reason to me in more detail?

Once the bond goes down (if it does so), money will look for profitability in other places. Why not in serious consumer defensive business with solid dividends? I consider time to buy Kaft is before that moment. Please note that even though in last 4 years cotization, revenue or earnings have not changed much, Kraft has reduced debt from 30b to 20b and has started to repurchase shares again. I want to have this stock in my portfolio.
