I'm really glad about the reinstatement of the dividend in Disney. Modest but hopefully it will grow.

3 to 4 positive quarter's would be better, dividend or buybacks at the moment are not worth it. they need to improve their business and financials, people automatically will buy their shares and increase share price. dividend won't increase share price in the mid and long term, good quarter and annual reports do.

I feel that share buybacks would be better and more beneficial towards both parties but dividends are still good tho

They hope that people will stop dumping their stocks. I am not convinced, I want to see 4 quarters of positive reports before I buy again.
