No, I'm focused on rental income, I sacrifice growth but what matters to me is the rental income. I reinvest part of the dividends + monthly contributions, which increases my monthly cash flow, even though I lose growth. But that's my philosophy and as an investor, I'm comfortable with it.

Having adopted a dividend strategy, I think the same way. Portfolio growth is created by reinvesting dividends, and even though it will be much slower than with an accumulation approach, over time the cash flow will balance out this initial issue of the compound effect not occurring due to dividend taxation.

Hoping to see the 0,14xx and 0,15xx again like last year's payouts.
