iBio, Inc., a preclinical stage biotechnology company, engages in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) antibodies solutions for cardiometabolic and obesity space. The company's technology platforms include EngageTx that provides improved CD3 T-cell engager antibody panel; ShieldTx, an antibody masking technology that enables the creation of conditionally activated antibodies; StableHu, an AI antibody-optimizing technology; and AI epitope steering technology that guides antibodies against the desired regions of the target protein. Its product pipelines for cardiometabolic disease area include IBIO-101, an anti-CD25 Mab that binds and depletes immunosuppressive regulatory treg cells to inhibit the growth of solid tumors; CCR8, an antibody that enhance the body's immune response against cancer cells; and MUC16 antibodies. In addition, the company is developing EGFRvIII, an antibody therapeutics that targets EGFRvIII protein with the aim to address these cancer types without affecting healthy cells; and TROP-2 x CD3 bispecific antibody that is developed with EngageTx platform to harness T cells to kill TROP-2"expressing tumors while minimizing the cytokine release that often limits the tolerability of T-cell engagers.
