KSG Agro S.A. is an agricultural enterprise that cultivates, processes, stores, and markets a diverse range of farm products throughout Ukraine and Europe. Its operations are structured into three main segments. The Crop Farming division focuses on producing key grains and oilseeds such as sunflower, corn, wheat, barley, and rapeseed. The Pig Breeding segment specializes in raising pigs and selling them both alive and in various processed forms. Additionally, the "Other" segment contributes to the business through the manufacture of fuel pellets and thermal energy, wholesale trade of crops and other commodities, and the provision of services to third parties. The company further diversifies its offerings by growing vegetables like potatoes, carrots, onions, beets, and cabbage, alongside fruits including cherries, apples, pears, and apricots. It also supplies retail chains with meat products, notably sausages and gourmet meat delicacies. As of December 31, 2020, KSG Agro managed approximately 21,000 hectares of agricultural land. Incorporated in 2010 and based in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, the company adopted its current name, KSG Agro S.A., in March 2011, having previously operated as Borquest S.A. It functions as a subsidiary of OLBIS Investments LTD S.A.
