It also provides electricity services, including design, project planning, and assembly services; alarms and monitoring; technical equipment data network and control; energy optimization through integrated property automation; charging posts for electric cars; remote reading; and service and maintenance. In addition, the company offers ventilation installation services and solutions for indoor climate, air treatment, energy optimization, ventilation inspection, project planning, and service and maintenance; cooling and heating equipment installation, food and comfort cooling, process cooling, and service and maintenance; pipe and cooling installation services, as well as engages in electrical installations, infrastructure, automation, instrumentation, emission control, energy, and safety services; and exhaust gas cleaning and project planning services. It serves construction firms; government agencies, local authorities, and regions; retail chains; food industry; institutional kitchens; hotels; administrations; and property owners industries, as well as housing, property, cold storage, industrial construction shipping, maritime transport, installation, energy, and industrial companies. The company was formerly known as Instalco Intressenter AB (publ) and changed its name to Instalco AB (publ) in May 2019. Instalco AB (publ) was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
