Carimin Petroleum Berhad, an investment holding company, provides technical and engineering support services for upstream oil and gas companies in Malaysia. The company operates through Manpower Services; Construction, Offshore Hook Up and Commissioning and Topside Major Maintenance; Marine Services; Civil Construction; and Others segments. It offers offshore hook up and commissioning on production platforms comprising final installation, testing, and commissioning of the facilities' structures machinery and equipment; provides vessel chartering, underwater inspection, repair, and maintenance works and services; engineering procurement, structural and piping fabrication, electrical and instrumentation installation, construction, upgrading, and commissioning services. In addition, the company deploys work barges, accommodation vessels, fast crew boats, and anchor handling tug supply vessels; maintenance, hook-up, and commissioning of onshore/offshore facilities including subsea underwater inspections, repair, maintenance works, and services of oil and gas sectors. Further, it offers manpower supply services; equipment rental services; and manages fabrication yards; and provides project management and chartering of offshore support vessel services; and engages in general contracting work and geotechnical engineering related business. Carimin Petroleum Berhad was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
