American Beacon Balanced Fund 

This fund aims to achieve both current income generation and long-term capital growth. Under typical conditions, its asset allocation strategy involves dedicating between 50% and 70% of its total portfolio to equity securities and between 30% and 50% to debt instruments. The fund's equity holdings are broad and may encompass common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, income deposit securities, income trusts, initial public offerings (IPOs), Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs), and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Furthermore, its equity investments can include various depositary receipts, such as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), along with foreign stocks denominated in U.S. dollars that are traded on American exchanges.
