The company was formerly known as AEVIS Holding SA and changed its name to Aevis Victoria SA in June 2015. The company is headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland. Aevis Victoria SA is a subsidiary of M.R.S.I. Medical Research, Services and Investments S.A.
