This segment also cross-charters vessels from third parties to serve the needs of its customers; and offers various services supporting the exploration, construction and development, maintenance, production, and post-production phases of offshore oil and gas, as well as chandlery services. The Ship Repair, Fabrication, and Other Marine Services segment provides afloat and dry-dock repair and maintenance of marine equipment, engines, and heavy machines, as well as related marine services. This segment also offers steel fabrication works for the ship repairs industry, including mobile drilling rigs; and provides mechanical, electrical, air-condition, and steel works; blasting and painting; and carpentry services. In addition, it offers project work and ship management services, as well as trades in marine equipment spare parts. The company serves various oil companies, contractors, survey companies, ship owners, shipyards, and charterers. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Singapore.
