Apollo Gold & Silver Corp., an exploration company, engages in the investigation, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource deposits. The company has an option to acquire 90% interest in two prospective gold-silver properties, including Apolo and Sancarron concessions comprising 5 exploration and 18 exploitation concessions covering an area of 5,329 hectares located in the El Indio Gold Belt of western Chile. It also has an option to acquire 100% interest in Lucma / Libertador project located in Peru, as well as Muylaque project comprising 2 mining concessions covering an area of 800 hectares located in Peru. The company was formerly known as Inform Resources Corp. and changed its name to Apollo Gold & Silver Corp. in May 2020. Apollo Gold & Silver Corp. was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
