It acquires, buys, develops, leases, sells, and trades in land and properties; manages third party properties; invests in financial portfolios; establishes, manages, leases, and sells buildings and real estate projects, residential and commercial complexes, and private and public parking lots; offers economic, technical, and engineering studies and consultations related to real estate business, and private and public real estate projects; and acquires, buys, and sells shares and bonds of real estate companies.
