AXP Energy Limited is an American company primarily engaged in the exploration, production, and development of oil and gas resources. The firm holds full ownership of its assets across three different basins within the United States. A significant portion of its portfolio includes the Appalachian Basin, which spans approximately 100,000 acres predominantly located in eastern Kentucky, western Virginia, and northeastern Tennessee. Additionally, the company controls roughly 20,000 acres in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in central Colorado, and about 4,000 acres within the Illinois Basin. Established in 2005, the enterprise operated under the name Fremont Petroleum Corporation Ltd until July 2021, when it was rebranded as AXP Energy Limited. Its main operations are directed from its headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky.
