BlackRock Global Equity Market Neutral Fund 

Typically, the fund commits a substantial majority – at least 80% – of its overall assets to equity securities and related derivative instruments. These investments are linked to or issued by companies operating in developed markets. Its strategy aims for market neutrality, which it achieves by concurrently establishing both long and short positions across a diverse array of developed market equities. The fund retains flexibility to invest in companies of any market capitalization and in securities denominated in either U.S. dollars or various international currencies.
