Body and Mind Inc. is a Canadian-headquartered company, established in 1998, that operates within the medical and recreational cannabis sectors across five U.S. states: Nevada, California, Arkansas, Ohio, and Michigan. Its integrated business model covers the cultivation, processing, distribution, and retail sale of cannabis products. The company offers a comprehensive range of cannabis items, including both packaged and ground flower buds, various concentrates, Gpen vaporizers, and distillate oil cartridges. Body and Mind also produces edible products infused with distillate. Under its proprietary "Body and Mind" brand, it markets medical and adult-use marijuana products such as cannabis flower, oils, extracts, and edibles. Furthermore, the company specializes in the production of various extract formulations, including distillate oils, ice waxes, dry sifts, shatters, edibles, and topicals. In addition to its production and distribution activities, Body and Mind Inc. maintains a retail footprint, operating the ShowGrow San Diego dispensary and overseeing the ShowGrow Long Beach dispensary. The company was originally incorporated as Deploy Technologies Inc. before officially adopting its current name, Body and Mind Inc., in November 2017.
