These include firms involved in payment systems, banking, investments, lending, insurance, and software. The fund invests at least 25% of assets in financials and information technology industries in aggregate, including IT services, thrifts and mortgage finance, consumer finance, capital markets, and diversified financial services. The fund may obtain exposure to non-US firms through ADRs. During temporary defensive periods, it may invest up to 100% in liquid, short-term investments. The fund may use derivatives for hedging purposes or enhance returns. As an actively managed ETF, the adviser has discretion to make necessary investment decisions to meet its objectives. Prior to Oct. 10, 2024, the fund used Blackrock for branding purposes instead of iShares.
